Once your construction project is complete, you can follow DLD’s Close Your Construction Project instructions to close your project and receive the final 10% of your project funding.
The Online Portal used to apply for construction aid is also used to submit the completion paperwork and finish the closing process. The portal can be found here: https://eservices.nysed.gov/ldgrants/.
